Designed a direct mail letter from concept to completion to re-engage inactive Curacao customers. To create a friendly, approachable tone, the piece featured a handwritten-style message on a faux sticky note, designed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, inviting customers back in-store. The layout highlighted doorbuster deals in a casual, welcoming style. The campaign received highly positive feedback and successfully drove customer traffic to the sale event.
